1. Introduction
The star discharger is mainly used to install at the discharge port
of the discharger working under negative pressure. The upper part
accepts the material discharged by the discharger, and relies on
the rotating impeller to transport the material and act as a seal
to prevent air from being inhaled from the discharge port during
the pneumatic conveying process to ensure the normal discharge of
the discharger.The working principle of the star discharger is to
use the electric deceleration motor to drive the star wheel to
rotate, so as to realize the conveying of materials. The speed
motor and the star wheel are connected by a flange connection and
are fixed together by bolts. Driven by the deceleration motor, the
star wheel rotates in a certain direction to transport the material
from the feed port to the discharge port. The structure of star
discharger is mainly composed of motor, reducer, star wheel, shell
and so on. Among them, the motor is the core component that drives
the operation of the entire system, and the reducer reduces the
speed of the motor to the speed suitable for the rotation of the
star wheel. The star wheel is a part that is directly in contact
with the material, and its shape and structure are related to the
size and nature of the material.

being directly connected with the motor, thus it has compact

weight.

failure, long life, and the gear parts are made of ductile cast
iron and bearing steel. Good performance and high wear resistance.

impact of high temperature dust, front and rear end cover sealing
performance is good, to prevent dust leakage, to extend the service
life of the motorized parts, lubrication system.
(4) The unloader has a strong overload capacity, impact resistance,
small moment of inertia, suitable for starting frequent and anyway
turn.
