1. Introduction
Dust bag is a common dust removal equipment, which is composed of
several cloth cylinders. Its main materials are synthetic fibers
such as polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber and inorganic fibers
such as glass fiber. These materials are characterized by high
temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance
and so on, so they are very suitable for use in the field of dust
removal.
The working principle of dust bag is to utilize the filtering
effect to retain the dust and other particles in the air on the
surface of the bag, so that the purified gas flows out. In the
process of use, the polluted air enters into the dust collector,
after pretreatment, it enters into the bag room, after filtering
through the dust bag, the purified gas is discharged from the upper
part of the bag room, and the dust and other particles are retained
on the surface of the bag, and then cleaned up by the cleaning
machine for re-use.
2. Classification:
(1) High temperature resistant needle felt
Application: Compared with other filtration materials, the abrasion
resistance, bending resistance and peeling strength of glass fiber
filtration materials are significantly improved. The filtration
speed can reach more than 1.0m/min, and the running resistance is
low. Mace filter material is widely used in iron and steel,
non-ferrous smelting, chemical industry, carbon black, building
materials, electric power and other sectors. Suitable temperature:
below 260.
(2) Glass fiber dust bag
Usage: The filter material has excellent alkali resistance, fully
suitable for filtering alkali flue gas, the filter material is not
subject to corrosion. Suitable temperature: 80-260.
(3) Metas dust bag:
Uses: a special process is used to wrap a dense
polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe0) protective layer on the surface of
each yarn of the glass fiber filter cloth, so that the filter
material has good resistance to acid and alkali, corrosion, high
temperature, friction and bending resistance, the surface is smooth
and hydrophobic, and the surface of the filter cloth can not be
covered with dust. Use temperature: long-term working temperature
260, short-term temperature 300.
(4) Anti-static dustproof bag:
Use: In general, when the concentration of industrial dust reaches
a certain level, if the electrostatic discharge spark or external
ignition, such as surface dust, coal dust and chemical dust, it is
easy to cause explosions and fires. Suitable temperature: 80-130.
(5) P84 high temperature resistant needle punched filter felt:
Usage: high temperature resistant, can be used for a long time
below 260℃, and has good chemical resistance. It has very
significant filtering effect on dusty gas with acid and alkali
characteristics, which makes it have higher dust removal efficiency
in waste incineration industry.
(6) PPS high temperature resistant dust bag:
Use: With complete strength and internal chemical resistance, it
can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environment and
achieve ideal service life.
(7) Fluoromax dust bag:
Uses: It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, acid
and alkali corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and bending
resistance. It is easy to remove dust, water and oil repellent. It
can capture high air volume and high concentration of dust. It
overcomes the characteristics of other chemical fiber elongation
and low temperature resistance, and the price is cheaper than other
high temperature resistant filter media. It is suitable for
temperature 80-230.
