1. Working Principle
Step 1: Put the metal that needs to be polished onto the work
surface.
Step 2: When polishing metal, the dust enters the deflector channel
through the negative pressure generated by the fan via the suction
openings on the side and below.
Step 3: Large particles of dust collide with the guide plate and
fall into the dust collection drawer under the effect of gravity.
Step 4: The dust with fine particles enters the filtering chamber
and is blocked on the surface by the filter cartridge. When the
dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the filter
element, it will be detached from it and fall into the dust
collection drawer by pulse blowing.
Step 5: The purified air is discharged.

3. Maintenance Instructions
Equipment in the process of processing according to the workshop
production equipment specifications, in order to ensure production
safety and operational stability of the situation for each part and
the system for a number of experiments before being put into use.
The equipment itself has no wearing parts, no special attention in
the use of the process. Each system has been installed with safety
guarantee at the completion of the equipment. Consumables are
supplied by us and replaced by the workshop operator after
switching off the power.
Please observe the following when carrying out repairs and
maintenance:
(1) When cleaning the machine casing, replacing parts or changing
the working condition, the machine must be switched off and
unplugged from the power supply.
(2) Avoid squeezing and dragging or any other way to damage the
power cord. And regularly check whether the power cord is damaged,
if there is any damage to the power cord, you should immediately
stop using the machine and have it overhauled by a professional to
replace the damaged power cord, etc.
(3) Storage of the machine: when the machine is not in use, it
should be placed in a dry room to avoid sun and rain.
(4) The machine needs to clean the filter cartridge from time to
time to prevent clogging and affect the effect of vacuuming.
(5) According to the cleanliness of the environment, replace the
filter regularly (generally 3-6 months).
