1. Instructions for use
Before using this equipment, please familiarize the user with the proper use of the equipment.
The instructions on maintenance and repair are for the safety of the user and the good operation of the equipment.
The company is not responsible for personal injury and property damage caused by improper use of the product.
Before using this equipment, please read this manual carefully, and place the manual in an easily accessible place for on-site use.
Operation is as follows:
(1) Push the equipment to the work site, the ground level, confirm the connection of related accessories. Step down the fixed casters of the equipment to prevent the equipment from sliding, and adjust the hood opening of the suction arm or pipeline connection to a suitable position.
(2) After connecting the power supply, turn on the total power supply of the equipment, and then press the motor running switch, and the equipment start-up indicator light will be lit.
(3) 72 hours after the normal use of the equipment, in order to ensure the subsequent use of the effect and the life of the filter cartridge (bag) is recommended to clean up the filter cartridge (bag) on the attached dust.
(4) After using the equipment for a period of time, it is necessary to clean up the dust hopper. As well as the need to pay attention to the upper air intake bin, you need to open the box above the fixed clamp, check the dust situation, and timely cleaning.

2. Maintenance Instructions
Equipment in the process of processing according to the workshop production equipment specifications, in order to ensure production safety and operational stability of the situation for each part and system for many experiments before being put into use. The equipment itself has no wearing parts, no special attention in the use of the process. Each system is equipped with a safety guarantee at the completion of the equipment.
Please observe the following rules when carrying out repairs and maintenance:
(1) When cleaning the machine shell, replacing parts or changing the working condition, the machine must be turned off and unplugged from the power supply.
(2) Avoid damaging the power cord in any way such as squeezing and dragging. And regularly check whether the power cord is damaged, if there is any damage to the power cord, you should immediately stop using the machine and overhaul by professionals to replace the damaged power cord and so on.
(3) The machine's storage: when the machine is not in use, it should be placed in a dry room, to avoid sun and rain.
(4) The equipment needs to clean the filter cartridge regularly to prevent clogging, affecting the effect of dust suction.
(5) According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter cartridge should be replaced regularly (generally 6 months).
