Working principle: After the dust-containing gas enters the dust
collector, it impacts the water surface
through a specially designed structure (such as S-shaped channel),
so that the dust particles fully
contact and adhere to the water droplets, and then realize the dust
capture. At the same time, the
dust collector is also equipped with an automatic water level
control device to keep the water level
stable and ensure the dust removal efficiency.
Application: CCJ impulse dust collector is widely used in
metallurgy, chemical industry, casting and
other industries, especially suitable for the treatment of high
dust concentration, dust has a certain
viscosity of gas.
