I. Working Principle
Through the effect of fan gravity, the smoke and dust are sucked
into the air inlet of the equipment through the collection cover.
Equipment inlet is equipped with a preliminary filter, sparks by
the preliminary filter is blocked, soot gas into the settlement
chamber, the use of gravity and upward airflow, first of all, the
coarse particles of dust directly down to the dustbin, particles of
soot is arrested on the outside surface of the filter element. The
clean gas is filtered and purified by the cartridge, and then
discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.
The dust collector can be made into a one-piece machine, can also
be connected separately, generally small dust collector made into a
one-piece, easy for customers to install and use, and is equipped
with casters, can be moved at any time workstation.
2.Maintenance Instructions
Equipment in the process of processing according to the workshop
production equipment specifications, in order to ensure production
safety and operational stability of the situation for each part and
system for many experiments before being put into use. The
equipment itself has no wearing parts, no special attention in the
use of the process. Each system is equipped with a safety guarantee
at the completion of the equipment.
Please observe the following rules when carrying out repairs and
maintenance:
(1) When cleaning the machine shell, replacing parts or changing
the working condition, the machine must be turned off and unplugged
from the power supply.
(2) Avoid damaging the power cord in any way such as squeezing and
dragging. And regularly check whether the power cord is damaged, if
there is any damage to the power cord, you should immediately stop
using the machine and overhaul by professionals to replace the
damaged power cord and so on.
(3) The machine's storage: when the machine is not in use, it
should be placed in a dry room, to avoid sun and rain.
(4) The equipment needs to clean the filter cartridge regularly to
prevent clogging, affecting the effect of dust suction.
(5) According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter
cartridge should be replaced regularly (generally 6 months).
