1. Principle
Dust through the negative pressure generated by the fan through the
side exhaust port and the lower exhaust port into the purifier, the
airflow into the guide channel, large particles of dust and the
guide plate collision, large particles of dust fall into the dust
drawer under the action of gravity, containing fine particles of
dust into the filtration chamber, dust-containing gases by the
outer surface of the filter bag through the filter core, the dust
is blocked by the cartridge on the surface of the dust, when the
dust is blocked in the cartridge surface continues to be deposited,
the filter element through a manual cleaning machine structure to
clean. When the dust is blocked and deposited on the surface of the
filter element, the filter element can be cleaned by the structure
of manual ash cleaning machine, and the dust particles deposited on
the filter element can also be dusted by pulse blowing on the
filter cartridge, so that the dust particles fall into the dust
collection drawer from the surface of the filter element under the
vibration, so that the whole surface of the filter element can be
cleaned, and the purified air can be discharged by the air ducts
and the fans.
The unique tabletop design is perfect, four-side exhaust, built-in
dust removal system, fan sound insulation, no need for piping
connection, clean air can be discharged in the indoor cycle,
reducing energy expenses.
This table can effectively capture fine suspended dust without
interfering with worker movement and vision, it is ideal for small
to medium sized fine machining and irregular parts. It can be
connected to a specialized fume cleaner or to a centralized fume
system.

3. Equipment Features
(1) With special dust removing fan and brand motor, it adopts
anti-overload circuit to prevent the motor from burning out, with
high safety and stable working performance.
(2) Pulse cleaning: Adopt omni-directional pulse blowback cleaning,
make the surface of the filter cartridge clean more thoroughly and
cleanly, and always ensure that the dust collector has a constant
amount of suction air; the air compressor is connected with
high-pressure hose, and high-pressure air inlet at the bottom,
which can guarantee that the purifier is always in a good working
condition. (Automatic or manual control can be designed according
to users' requirements)
(3) The filter cartridge has a long service life, can absorb dust
particles of 0.3μm, and has a good filtration effect on wet and
sticky dust.
(4) The purifier internal adopts three protection measures for fire
hazard and large particles of metal dust, which makes the
purifier's service life longer, safer and more reliable.
(5) Clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of
the grille-like exhaust port, thus reducing the noise to a minimum.
