I. Working Principle
Through the effect of fan gravity, the smoke and dust are sucked
into the air inlet of the equipment through the collection cover.
Equipment inlet is equipped with a preliminary filter, sparks by
the preliminary filter is blocked, soot gas into the settlement
chamber, the use of gravity and upward airflow, first of all, the
coarse particles of dust directly down to the dustbin, particles of
soot is arrested on the outside surface of the filter element. The
clean gas is filtered and purified by the cartridge, and then
discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.
The dust collector can be made into a one-piece machine, can also
be connected separately, generally small dust collector made into a
one-piece, easy for customers to install and use, and is equipped
with casters, can be moved at any time workstation.
2. Characteristics
1,With special turbine fan and brand motor, adopting anti-overload
circuit to prevent the motor from burning out, high safety and
stable working performance.
2,Pulse automatic ash cleaning: automatic ash cleaning, so that the
cartridge surface ash cleaning more thoroughly, clean, can always
ensure that the dust collector has a constant suction air volume;
3,The cartridge filter has a long service life, can block fine dust
particles, and has a good filtration effect on wet and sticky dust.
4,The purifier internal adopts three protection measures for fire
hazard and large particles of slag, which makes the purifier's
service life longer, safer and more reliable.
5,Clean air is uniformly guided and dispersed from the direction of
the grille-like exhaust port, thus minimizing the noise.
